By accessing or using Missed Call by Ltiora (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including individuals and organizations.
Missed Call is an AI-powered voice calling platform that allows businesses to create automated calling workflows, manage contacts, and conduct voice-based customer interactions using artificial intelligence.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not use Missed Call to: make calls without appropriate legal consent, send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law, impersonate individuals or organizations, transmit malware or harmful content, violate any applicable telemarketing or consumer protection laws (including TCPA, GDPR, and similar regulations), or interfere with the Service's operation.
You are solely responsible for: ensuring you have all necessary consents to contact call recipients, compliance with local, national, and international calling and recording laws, the content of your AI agent scripts and system prompts, and safeguarding your account credentials.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Minute allocations reset at the start of each billing cycle. Top-up minutes expire at the end of the billing cycle in which they were purchased. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Missed Call and its underlying technology remain the intellectual property of Ltiora. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes. You retain ownership of content you create, including workflows, contact data, and call recordings.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ltiora shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate for all purposes.
Either party may terminate these terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Ltiora is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
